Carmen-Adriana: Individuality and uniqueness

Name: Carmen-Adriana
Address: Iassy, Romania
Teacher: Sorin Mazilu

Materials (Kazai): Scorzonera, Fern, wild gladiolas (Gladiolus imbricatus), wild campanula (Campanula persicifolia), Arabis alpina.

Brief Comment: The arrangement uses wild plants and flowers which grow during summer in Nord-East side of Romania. Alongside the idea to reflect a natural setting, as someone can see in the meadows from the forests surrounding the city, the arrangement uses contrast (of color, size, texture and movement) to enhance the idea of individuality and uniqueness and the fact that, sometimes, we must embrace  these qualities and stand up for our beliefs, even opposing the bigger wave.
